Further , the President may make such provisions as he thinks fit for the discharge of the function of the Governor of a State in any contingency not provided for in the Constitution . इसके अतिरिक़्त , रार्ष्टपति ऐसी किसी आकस्मिकता में जिसके लिए संविधान में उपबंध न किया गया हो , राज़्य के राज़्यपाल के कृत्यों के निर्वहन के लिए ऐसे उपबंध कर सकता है जो वह ठीक समझे .
